I'm not sure. There is no chat window that appears. Just a page that says "we will let you know when an advisor responds."

I do get email correspondence but I don't refresh it constantly. (Why is there no reply system under email :( )

Again I appreciate the response and I'm sorry seeming frustrated but so far this is the only human representing EA I have spoken to. Unsure what the forum can do personally, can imagine you're limited in what you can do. 

What topic are you choosing when submitting the case?

I am submitting under compromised account. I have seen other moderators say that it is indeed possible to correspond via email, but I'm not sure. 

Nevertheless, I have posted another video about this on X and shouted out this forum for being helpful.

You're choosing the right topic so a case should be getting created. Have you tried opening the case without signing in? I know it sounds odd, but that might work better.
