Apparently when i changed my Playstation email to the one ive been using for literally 12 years now, it never updated to the new email and to make it worse the old email was my sisters email and its a aim email which aim is shutdown now. The support is no help with these ridiculous wait times and absolute horrendous support ui. If anybody knows any information on how to directly contact EA support either via emal or phone please let me know. I need to speak to a REAL customer service agent.

I literally have word for word the exact same problem as yourself, been trying for a while and not got a thing back, like putting a case forward and getting told to go to ea forums and then the forums say to send case, just going around in circles, so many people have this issue, because the likes of the bf6 beta code this problem has spiked massively, its ridiculous how they dont have an easier way of contact

4 hours in to waiting for one of these genius’s to get back with me!! You’d think that since there’s such a massive annoy t of people with the same exact issue that they would make a quick fix that doesn’t have to be accessed through their horrendous support ui. Could probably hire a few more reps!! Millions of players and they got 2 Cheeto fingered slow bois playing with each other instead of working on a solution. At least it feels that way lol.

It's so crazy reading this. My EA account is somehow tied to my sister's email also even though it's not shown as linked in my EA account that says member as of 2024. The last time I played an EA game was over 10 years ago.. and I can't even submit a ticket..

Same issue here, old email that I haven't used in years and the company no longer even in business. I have submitted 3 different times about this issue but according to EA site I don't have any open support tickets and haven't heard a word from them to resolve this issue.

Same here, EA account is tied to an email I no longer have access to. Decided to make another EA account hoping I could switch the login on my PlayStation to that but doesn’t give the option to switch email usernames.
When I tried “updating email” on the EA PlayStation login it’s telling me there’s already an account associated to that email. Tried to delete the new account created today but that requires opening another ticket.

Last effort was to update my email on the EA playstation login with a work email and never received a code after trying multiple times.

Same issue here. Old ea account linked to my xbox account was hacked with password and email changed. I have no way to unink that account. That account is banned from multiple games ive never played and I have no way to play EA games online with my xbox becasue I cant connect to my account which also cant be unlinked. Wild. Support has been no help either. Should be any easy fix; unlink that old account and let me link my current account i have connected to steam

My issue is my Xbox account is linked to a yahoo email that yahoo deactivated for inactivity. I want to connect my Xbox account to this EA account, but I can’t unlink it from the old one. It keeps asking for a code that I cannot obtain.

Well with this slow and bad support im not sure if we should purchase the game boys.. Always been a battlefield guy in my younger years and the new game release and the talk of a "cod killer" made me happy but this support is worse than cod. And that is hard to beat. Well done EA

Did anyone get their **bleep** fixed? They changed my ticket to resolved but still can't connect my accounts together. So nothing is resolved and they didn't contact me in any way
