Cant remove a hackers account from my steam account

i  was hacked several years ago and got my steam account stolen, while i did get my steam account back because their staff are actually useful 3 years and still not 1 response from ea, ive opened at least 90 tickets but 0 of them got an answer and yes i did try to resume the ticket but that **bleep** dont even work please someone help

    He there. We don't have access to your Steam account. You would need to contact their support for Steam account help. If you need to unlink a Steam account from your EA account, you'll need to open a case with an advisor here.
