Cant resume my case
My Ea account linked to my steam account got hacked and the email was changed, so i made a new ea account to raise a request, the agent contacted me but , the webpage is telling to resume my case, upon clicking resume ,its taking me to a article page which is useless to me, and in my cases section the case is still not resumed i.e the resume option still showing.
