As stated above, I am trying to update my EA account e-mail but it seems something is preventing me from changing it, as the page does not allow me (error says that e-mail can't be changed). when trying to send a support ticket, after clicking submit, nothing happens, it just loads forever. How bad can EA assistance be?!
Please help.

"Update EA account". But the website and all functionality seems to be extremely buggy and laggy. Everything takes forever to select and most pages just keep loading. Either way, after painstakingly going through every section and clicking submit, it just shows a loading wheel and nothing else...

Done both, using Chrome and Edge and trying incognito windows on both. It doesn't go past the loading page.

Meanwhile tried on mobile using Safari, too. Also does not work!! Once I click submit, it just goes to a page with a loading ring that keeps on loading forever. Hence, it seems submitting a ticket is not possible! How are we supposed to reach EA service??

Exact same behaviour. Once I click submit, I just goes to a loading screen and stays there forever.
