Combining multiple EA accounts?
Hi gang, I was looking to play the Sims 3 which I haven't for many years and saw all my expansion packs were connected to an old email address, not the current account that I use now. Is there any way to combine both accounts? I had a similiar issue back when the EA App was Origin and combining the accounts was not an issue. Thanks.

Merging accounts isn’t always possible. Even when it is, you can’t move your games or platform accounts to another account yourself. If you decide to merge your accounts, get in touch with us

- Open this guide and scroll to the bottom, and click 'Contact Us' under the heading 'Still having issues?'.
- This will open up the EA NextStep bot to help complete the help ticket for sending. Once you've completed the next steps and submitted the ticket, a support case will be sent to the support team
