EA account not linking to Xbox- KWS not working

Hi Gubugames1,

First of all, just so you know, nobody on the forums can amend account details. Unfortunately, only EA Help can do that. Ultimately, you may need to contact them again about this problem. 

It sounds to me like your child account will be the issue here as it is potentially still linked. It may be possible to resolve if the person who owns the parent account contacts EA Help, but I don't know enough about the situation to say with any degree of certainty if this is the case.
