EA Account

Hello guys, im Zeniosenso, i hope someone can help my case.

Okey heres the problem, first of all i already tell this to EA help but never got the solution...
My EA acc is linked with my steam acc, i frgot when but my EA account got hacked, but i get it back. The PROBLEM is, when i got it back the account is BANNED PERMANENTLY because of violation in game that i dont even play ( FC 25 ? i forgot). There is no solution from EA. i have 200+h playtime in NFS Heat, and i want to play Unbound from my Steam, but i cant access it at all because my steam accunt linked with this permanent banned EA account because of random hacker.

This is unfair to me, the hacker do the violation but i am the one who got punished. Please give me solution,  i dont even play or like sports game but got banned bcs sport game, i hate sports game now. i already give so many prove pic of my steam library, steam history, etc. that im not playing the banned game but it doesnt work for EA helper. Can anybody tell me what to do? so i can play NFS game on my steam again?. Thanks
