EA app downloads ONLY on (C:) drive despite me changing the location place

i do not have the EA app downloaded, as I could not download it on my (C:) drive due to gb reasons, so because of that i decided to get another drive (D: and E:), which both have enough GB to get the EA app and more games, however, even if i change the app location, it STILL downloads on my (C:) drive!! How do I force the app to download on my (D:) or (E:) drive? is that even possible to do, knowing EA? 🤬😡😣
