EA Class Action Lawsuit

Hey everyone, I've been having nothing but issues with customer service for EA trying to get my account dealt with. I'm way past the point of being nice to them and I'm wondering how many other people have had accounts hacked then permanently banned or your account permanently banned without any actual way to rectify the situation? My work has free legal service since we're a defense contracting company, so I figured I'd start the process this week.
