EA Forums account delete issuse. I need help.

i have a problem like this, my EA account was deleted but the forums account isnt deleted. The whole story is 3 days ago i recoverd my EA account hacked but before that i just created a EA account with a email that linked to the EA account hacked. But after i recovered my account that. The account i created with that email, EA automatic changed the email in that account and i inbox with support again to delete that EA account but now that EA account was deleted but the EA forums account is not. Now i still have acces to the email that use to create that account. I have been contact to advisor they said my EA account and EA forums both are deleted but the team working of EA forums account need 1 week to delete that account. Please help me to delete EA forums account permantly ? Today, i contacted to 1 advisor more , they said i need to post this on EA Forums to solve my problem. Please let me know when the EA account deleted is that EA forums account will delete too ? Why im still seeing that account profile on EA forums. I dont have any acces to that account anymore beacause the EA account just deleted and that account also linked to an internal email EA team. But i still have a acces to the email that use to created that EA account. I also contacted to advisor, they said i need to post this for help to deleted EA forums account.

The EA id ( EA Forums nickname ) is dthangggdz.
