EA marks case as resolved, even though can’t access games
Hi everyone,
I’m dealing with an issue where I can’t access the EA account linked to my old university email, which I no longer have access to since I’ve already graduated. That’s the same email I used to purchase my games, so now I’m completely locked out.
I previously opened a support case, but when I checked back, it was already marked as “resolved”—even though nothing has actually been resolved.
I’ve waited on chat multiple times for 15–45 minutes, with the wait time constantly changing. When I finally got through to two different support agents, both transferred me right away, and now it says I’m in a queue of over 99+ people waiting to connect with a specialist.
This has been really frustrating. Has anyone else experienced this? Were you able to get your case properly resolved?
