ea play aint working or companion app

My ea play aint working i cant play any game modes exept that one when youre on training ground and it says that i need to upgrade and buy ultimate edition or the plain one wich i have bought. 

And in companion i can only go in and watch my team on one acount and the other there is just an problem please fix this i realy want to play!!!
