Question

Anyone having issues trying to download games. My son has an active, in date subscription until 20th of this month but every time he tries to download EA Sports FC26 it just comes up with not eligible to play the game even though says it is included with his membership!!! Very frustrating. Thanks

Hello I have linked a screenshot of the message. I have now noticed that it does the same for any game included with the EA play pro membership as well.&nbsp;
