I can’t log into my old ea account

I have an issue with my  old ea account (not the one I’m on now) it’s on an email I can’t access and connected to my ps4 account I can still play games with it but I can’t log into on web or ea fc companion app because I can’t get a verification code is there anything I can do in this situation to change the email 

I contacted ea support a few days ago my case got marked resolved but nothing was done about it I resumed to case and filled out the issue again but I’m not sure if I’ll get an answer this time can anyone help me out?
