Re: Gallery Stuck In Infinite Connecting Screen

Hello,

I’m having an issue with the Gallery in The Sims 4.

I have a licensed game, use EA App, and my internet connection is stable.

I’ve already tried:

– switching to mobile internet

– clearing the EA App cache

– reauthorizing my EA account

– logging out and back in

– resetting The Sims 4 settings folder

– adding items from the online Gallery (they don’t appear in-game)

But the game just gets stuck on the “Connecting…” screen and nothing happens.

Please check my EA account and connection to the Gallery server. Thank you.
