I can't play Battlefield 1

Question

Hi, I’ve been an EA user since 2010 and have played literally every installment of Battlefield. I also have a YouTube channel where I post gameplay clips.

When I tried to join a Battlefield 1 match with a friend, I was kicked from the server the first time. The second time, I was banned for one day, and then the ban was changed to a permanent one.

After that, someone I do not know sent me an email stating: “I will make sure that your ban is permanent. Your ban is permanent, keep on crying until you die and meet the 72 goats.”

I consider this message to contain religious mockery and highly inappropriate language.

I had shared my email address solely with the EA Support team. When this person contacted me, I received his email address and full name. After looking him up, I discovered that he had an interest in Battlefield, which made me suspect that he may be connected to EA.

I have also been banned from opening support tickets, contacting Support, and submitting further appeals.

I have additional evidence, including screenshots, the sender’s email address, and a photo, but I will not publish any personal information publicly here.

I am asking to speak with an EA supervisor, Community Manager, or a higher-level support representative who can review both my ban and the conduct surrounding this situation.

Regarding the ban, please submit an appeal through the Penalty History tool so the dedicated team can review the action.
Since you also have concerns about how your email address may have been obtained, you can include those details and any relevant evidence in your appeal. The appropriate team can then review the circumstances as part of their investigation. Thank you.
