Guys. This is all good. But the problems persist. I've been with you for over 10 years, and you changed something, so now I can't log into my account. They send me to chat with stupid questions from people in wealthy countries.
I've accumulated a ton of EA files on my PC for over 10 years, which you could check to verify my account. I've accumulated a large library of media content from my games, I have game keys, and I have EA games on my Steam account, but no one needs that. I just need answers to stupid questions.
Why doesn't Steam have problems like yours?

Hey DBRnotS1
I've moved your post from the EA Forums Online Security Newsletter thread, as it seems to be related to the problems with your account you're experiencing.
I'm sorry to hear you're having issues logging in to your account. When it comes to account security and alternative verification methods, you have to answer specific questions about your account so we can ensure we are providing information to the proper account owner.
I understand that you've already accumulated a lot of information; however, only specific information is accepted in cases like this.
Whenever you're ready, please get in touch with us through help.ea.com.

What specific information?
I always get asked the same questions
1- Can you tell me a purchase you made on your account in the past 12 months?
2- Can you let me know any Linked Platform and Name/ ID on your account (for example, Xbox, PlayStation, Epic, Steam, Nintendo, Prime gaming, Twitch, Facebook, Discord, Apple, Google)?
3- Can you provide any details on your account such as date of birth, last 4 digits of your credit card, billing address, or phone number?
4- Do you remember what email address was used to create your account?
5- Do you have a secondary email address on the account and if so, can you provide this?
6- Can you tell me if you have an EA Play/ Pro subscription either direct or from a third party also can you confirm when you purchased it - and if it's an annual or monthly subscription?
7- Can you tell me when you last logged into your EA Account? (month and year)
8- Can you provide an invoice or Proof of Purchase for a purchase? You can check the given link to see the required proof of purchase that we need: -
I'm answering them all. I'm also attaching proof, photos and videos. I have 15 years of EA files on my PC, and I can provide access. I have apps and downloaded EA games. I also purchased your game on Steam, which is linked to my old account, since I played with my Steam account. Do you agree that what I've listed provides more guarantee that this is my account than the questions in the list above? That makes sense, right?
Why doesn't Steam have a problem with this? They just logged in, looked at the files, and that's it.
