EA support might be able to assist you with the linking/unlinking process. You should try talking with them to see your possibilities, nobody else can assist you with the issue.
That was the first thing I did! They told me that they were unable to bypass the security locking it for six months!
So now I'm posting here hoping someone can help!
In that case nothing else can be done, you will just have to wait. Sorry for the bad news.
