I got hack form hacker and EA banned.

Hi have bought my game in steam, but i just found out that my email account have change email to "[edit: email address removed]" 

so i have to live chat with EAhelp and support name jason.V can recover my account
after that, i'm found out this account got banned, i think it form that hacker. 
because i don't play any game from EA recently. and now i cannot access any game that i buy from steam

I dispute. but they decline me, said they're action correctly i have many prove that tell them it's not my fault at all but they still decline my dispute.

my device history from that account said to connecting to webbrowser form singpapore and US too

i'm form thailand , how the hell i can access from that country? 

atleast i just want them to unlink steam account, i already dispute new again but still on progress since 8/5/25
