I still can't link my EA account after 5+ "ESCALATED" Cases..I'm at my witts end
So I had combined my Steam EA account and my Xbox EA account into 1 EA Account, but i needed to re-connect my current Xbox Gamertag/Microsoft Account to my primary EA account. I had received an error saying "linked accounts found" which was my first gamertag when i bought my first xbox AS A KID. I check Spam, i do not reopen cases like they say, but i never receive an actual email updating me on the case just crickets..
I created a EA case beginning of last year to just simply UNLINK my OLD xbox gamertag and replace with my CURRENT one so i can play online and not lose any progress. Fast forward over 5 cases later i still have not had a resolution! I even tell them the situation and they still repeat the same process of getting my info, sending them a code, then after i explain everything again it's the same "send to our dedicated team" convo like these:
Kartik-Singh: I am sending this case to our dedicated team who will make changes to your EA account so that you can link your Xbox account to it without any issues.
Kartik-Singh: Our team will send you an email confirmation for this. You can expect the email confirmation within next 24-48 hours.
Kartik-Singh: I can surely understand that we did this before for you as well on your previous case.
Me: I appreciate your help Kartik-Singh, but unfortunately i have done this process at least three times and this dedicated team does not email or contact me.
Me: I have constantly checked my spam folder and these cases were escalated and still nothing
Kartik-Singh: No worries, I have mentioned the details to our team.
Kartik-Singh: Do not worry at all Krishun, this will surely be done as soon as possible.
Kartik-Singh: Once you receive an email confirmation you will be able to link your Xbox account without any issues.
Has anyone else had issues with the "Escalated team" ?
