All I want is to permanently delete my old Topics and Comments, but I can't because after 3 days, "Delete" is removed and I can't delete anything except "Edit" and "Report".

After a certain period of time you'll no longer be able to delete old posts as the forums are here for general discussion, feedback, and troubleshooting. Old threads do help out in that sense, as when people search for a given topic these older threads can still be pretty helpful even if the discussion's no longer taking place.
We'd only remove posts if they otherwise violate our forum guidelines. Aside from that I'm afraid the only other option would be if you're looking to get rid of your forum account entirely, at which point the posts would be anonymized. If you'd like to look into that more please check these steps.
Otherwise, as you noted, you do still have the option to edit an old post and remove its contents that way if you're trying to remove particular information.
