I'm a PS5 player and my Account was BANNED from Battlefield6
My another account is registered with a @163.com email, and the system automatically rejects emails from the 163.com. As a result, my appeal submissions are blocked before they be reviewed. I contacted customer support and requested a manual update email address to a different one so I could properly submit an appeal. However, customer service refused(more than 4 times) to update my email address solely because the account is currently under a ban. This creates a circular and unreasonable situation: I cannot appeal because my email domain is automatically rejected. I cannot change my email address because the account is sanctioned. Therefore ,I am blocked from accessing the appeal process....... I really hopes that EA: Allow me to submit appeal through alternative communication channel :(( Conduct a fair review of my account status. Update my account email form the current one to a new gmail address. But I want to know any of you guys having the same issue on submitting appeal here?
