Hi there,
I’m sorry you’ve been dealing with this for so long. I can understand how frustrating it must be when you still have access to your PlayStation account and console but can’t get past the verification for the old email.
One thing worth trying, if you haven’t already, is signing in to your EA Account using the PlayStation sign-in option rather than entering your EA email and password. You can also check the EA Account or Connected Accounts section in the settings of an EA game on your PlayStation, as some games may show the email connected to the account there. If that helps you identify the old Hotmail address, you could then try recovering the email account directly through Microsoft.
If you’re still being stopped by the Login Verification screen, unfortunately we can’t bypass account verification or recover the account through the EA Forums. Since the Device Recovery option hasn’t worked for you either, you’ll need to continue working with EA Help on the account recovery. When contacting them, make sure to provide your PSN ID, any account information you know, proof of purchase you have available, and details of the recovery attempts you’ve already made.
I know you’ve already spent a lot of time on this, and I wish there were another option we could offer from here.

Hi, thank you for checking in.
Unfortunately, I’m still experiencing the same problem. I’ve tried everything that has been suggested to me, contacted support several times, and explained my situation in detail, but I still haven’t received a solution.
At this point, after spending so much time trying to recover access to my EA account, I’ve honestly given up. It’s very disappointing because I still have access to my PlayStation account and console, but I’m unable to use my EA account because of the verification issue.
For now, I don’t plan on playing or purchasing any more EA games, since I don’t want to risk spending more money on games that I may not be able to access properly.
Thank you anyway for taking the time to follow up with me.

I'm really sorry to hear about that. Did you manage to sign in on the EA website using your PSN credentials?
