Let me know the reason and how to appeal it

I used to have a EA account when Origin still working, and the E-mail address is mailto:[edit: email address removed], and it linked to my steam account, I bought Need For Speed Most Wanted(2012) at steam and played a while back then, and there even was once time I changed my password at 2020-06-24, Then later after I enjoyed the game, I didn't play any other EA games until now, the Battel Field 6 make me interest, so after these years for the first time I need to use my EA account again, but it got banned, I don't know when it happened, I don't know the reason, I did not receive any E-mail from EA, the EA Help tell me I need to log in to find out the reason, but I can't even log in, I type in my account and password it told me my password incorrect or account expired, I try to change my password and it only say "We encountered an error and couldn’t complete your request. Try again later."

I need to know the reason why I get banned and how can I appeal it
