We need a way to skip the line when a chat representative doesn't afford enough response time. I'm not sure if EA realizes we have lives outside of playing a video game and can't just sit idly on a PC for a week straight to wait on their time.
GIVE US A PROPER TICKETING SYSTEM WHERE WE CAN RESPOND WITHOUT TICKETS BEING RANDOMLY CLOSED WITH ZERO CARE OR ACTION... AND GET RID OF THIS CHAT GARBAGE!!!
