How do I get a ban from UT

Hey Turgeman25,

Unforutnately we can't look into bans here on the forums. If you want to raise a dispute you can always reach out to our terms of service team, or if you're worried that someone has access to your account we have steps on how you can resecure your EA account here.

I mean give me ban from Ultimate team,

how can I get a ban?

Turgeman25,

With all due respect, I'm not going to give advice on how to break our rules so that your account gets banned. If you want to take a break from FC, you can always just uninstall the game, or just not go into the Ultimate Team game mode.
