ive always played games on my playstation but reecently started playing on PC i went to log in on me EA account and they wanted me to verify my identy with my email. the thing is my email is my dads work email from 2009 when the account was created. i dont know how to fix it ive always just logged in with my playstation log in.
I did that about an hour ago. do you know how long it takes? it also isnt showing up in "my cases" does that mean it didnt go through?
I am having the same issue and have been trying to get this fixed for about a month to no avail nothing ever shows up in cases either.
Community ManagerMost likely, that's the issue. You can try creating another case.
I did this, they never replied. I looked up my case and it said it was resolved. Didn't fix anything. Had to continue the claim but at this point I have very little faith that anything will actually be resolved based on what I've read about this issue online. As unfortunate as it is, I think I'll have to stop playing any EA games.
