I had my email hacked years ago, My EA account was linked to the email and I no longer can get access to the email to change the information needed to verify it, I have personal information tied to the account. I can’t request to do anything because the security questions was changed and they added a second email and phone number to the account preventing me from recovering the account.. Ive been waiting for 6/8hours for a response from the support team and all I’ve been getting is links that continuously Loop me around and mislead me, Can i talk with someone from EA support thats not a Bot or NPC please and thanks.

I have reached out to EA supported probably 10 times now with no help. They close out tickets randomly and without talking to me. As of right now they ask you to report what is happening, take you to the help page for you to click on your issue, for you to click chat with support, and takes you back to you reporting your issue. What?? My account was hacked and the email changed. I can somehow log in through psn but if I want to click on anything it tells me its going to send an email to the hackers email. I cant appeal because when I click submit, it says case not created because they were having an issue and to try again in a few hours. I just want my account back. It's been 3 years of absolutely no help from EA. I see a lot of other people complaining of the same thing with EA making uneducated comments still not helping anyone. Can anyone actually help???

My EA account was hacked, and now I can’t access it or play any EA games on my PS5.My PSN ID is GodzPR_ERO, and my original EA email was edgardo_ro@.comHowever, when I try to play an EA game on PS5, it shows a login screen with a fake email: nu*****@maillv.com, which I’ve never used.I have no access to that email or to the authenticator. My xbox GT which I've had for 14 years is randomly linked to someone else's EA account. I believe it to be nefarious as it's a .RU domain email, and I'm British.I can prove that I own the GT obviously, but I see no way to unlink the XB account to the EA account on the Xbox side. Obviously I cannot unlink via EA side because I do not have access to the EA account. I have Gamepass so I assume someone may be leeching off of it somehow? I've never had my account hacked I don't believe but details have been "pwned" for other accounts with similar details, I've updated my XB details now so it's safe but I cannot find a way to unlink on my side at all.Any help? To preface all of this, I haven't played anything EA related online for years. Back when Apex Legends first came out my account got hacked after I was inactive for a long period of time. This individual managed to get my account banned, I assume from cheating. I tried getting help from EA support back then but got absolutely nowhere. Basically got a reply of "tough luck dude".(Fast forward almost a decade and I've forgotten that my steam account is still linked to the banned EA account) With Battlefield 6 releasing in October I decided to purchase the game on steam and saw that the Beta was going to be opening up soon so i got everything downloaded. I open up the game and immediately get a message saying "Your account has been disabled". Frustrated, I open a case on this new EA account explaining this very situation and log back in to see its closed with no explanation. For the love of God can I please get some help from someone at EA, its almost been ten years...

Hello EA team,
I’ve been trying to recover my hacked EA account (used for EA SPORTS FC 25 and NFS Heat) for several days now. I’ve submitted multiple support cases, provided all the requested recovery information, and attached proofs/screenshots. However, every case keeps getting marked as “Resolved” even though my account is still hacked and I have no access.

I clearly mentioned in that case that my account is still compromised and asked for the case to be reopened so I could submit more info. But it was closed without any action or response.
This issue is happening in the **Indonesia / Asia region**, and I believe regional support here is not functioning properly. Many players have reported similar issues — cases are closed without real resolution.
**Also, the verification code (2FA/A2F)** is not being sent to my phone number at all, making it impossible for me to log in and recover the account myself. I’ve tried resending multiple times and even changed connection methods, but still nothing arrives.
Please escalate this issue to the appropriate team. I just want access to my account again. Attached are my screenshots as proof.

The hacker removed me from my ea account changed my email to there email. How do i get my PS5 unlinked to there account and relinked to my new ea acount.
I have changed my password on Ps5 account. I have 2 step authentication on everything. But i cant link my ps5 to my ea account. Because its linked to the account from the hacker. Need help. Tried contacting EA havent heard anything.
