Exact same issue here, got my PSN and XB linked to the same account with an inactive email, EA didn’t reply to me.
literally just now bought BFV, can’t play it for this reason. A new game i bought is unplayable on my established gaming accounts… disgraceful really. I’m not making another PSN or XB and paying a second subscription for one game.

Exact same issue. Its so frustrating not being able to get in contact with anyone about it. Navigating EA help is like a maze.

I have the same issue. I have talked to the chat employees numerous times. They always ask questions about the EA account (which i dont know anything about because it is an emailadres i dont have) so if i dont have the right answers they cut off the chat and they say i need to try again. But they have always the same questions. In their eyes i need to prove that i am the ownner of that emailadres bit i dont use that emailadres and dont know anything about that emailadres or EA account
I just need them to disconnect that ea account from my PSN so i can connect the right EA account.
Please help!!!

Linked Accounts Found
Your accounts can’t be linked because your PlayStation™Network account AB_Blackbird_1 already linked to your EA Account for tr*****@yahoo.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one PlayStation™Network account in its lifetime.
