I linked my Xbox to my old email and it cannot be recovered. For context, I am in the Army and they switched all of our emails a few years back from @mail.mil to @army.mil. so when I send my 2FA code to the email on that account I cannot get it because it simply doesn't exist. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I can't even get to this point. How did you get in touch with a chat employee???? I have all the account info cus I can sign in via my xbox account, but can't get anyone to respond or even successfully submit a case.
I’m in the same boat on xbox. I can’t play the game at all and I’ve spent the last 3 hours trying to figure it out. I’m beyond annoyed and will not be playing anything EA again. I refuse to make a new Xbox account just to play their games
So i have a strange solution. When i starten battlefield 6. I saw a completely other name Linked to my psn account. I contacted the psn user by psn chat. And he was willing to unlink his ea account to my psn. But i dont think this is a solution for everyone because my psn was linked to a different user who was still active on psn.
