I have the same issue. I have talked to the chat employees numerous times. They always ask questions about the EA account (which i dont know anything about because it is an emailadres i dont have) so if i dont have the right answers they cut off the chat and they say i need to try again. But they have always the same questions. In their eyes i need to prove that i am the ownner of that emailadres bit i dont use that emailadres and dont know anything about that emailadres or EA account
I just need them to disconnect that ea account from my PSN so i can connect the right EA account.
Please help!!!
I can't even get to this point. How did you get in touch with a chat employee???? I have all the account info cus I can sign in via my xbox account, but can't get anyone to respond or even successfully submit a case.
