My steam linked EA account is hacked

Hello EA,

I've run into an issue where I wish to buy and play new BF6. However, I can't log into my EA account that is connected with Steam since it's been hacked. When I try to log into it using my steam account, it shows an email ending with .ru as the main email where code for logging in would be sent to. However, that email address is not affiliated with me, and it never was. I've tried creating a case on EA help but it says that this issue is not supported by the advisors there, and it referred me here instead. I have proof and receipt for buying multiple things from EA via Steam, and I also have an email I received in 2022 from you guys confirming I created that account. If you could take a look into this it would be much appriciated. I dont want to disclose my personal information here publicly before you advise me anything else, however if necessary, I can attach all the necessary proofs here or privately to you to take a look into. Thanks in advance.

    • Scroll to the Bottom: At the end of the guide, you’ll find the “Contact Us” button. Click to start your support request
    • Login or Continue as Guest: The next step will ask you to log in to your EA account. If you can't log in, you'll also see the option to continue as a guest.
    • Fill Out Your Info: Enter your details, select from the available topic options, and give a description of the issue. If the topics available don't match your issue, that's ok. The context you add to the description field will help clear things up.
    • Submit Your Ticket: After filling out the form, hit “Submit Ticket.” 
    • Choose Your Contact Option: Pick from the available contact options, and our support team will be ready to help.
