Password reset

Ea support is genuinely a joke been trying to sort this issue out for a little bit now and it just seems like it’s going nowhere and it’s crazy because it seems like many other are having this issue or other related issues you think they would have done something by now. I had no issues with my account for years till all of a sudden I needed to reset my password because my credentials have expired which is fine except I am not receiving any emails and yes I’ve looked in my spam and other folders but it’s not there and now I’m stuck not able to play any EA games as they are all needing my password to be reset. Ea chat support is no help as well considering no one gets back to you and you’re just sat there waiting. You’d think they would have better grips on these situations by now.
