I've been with EA over a decade now My PSN is connected to an account that I have no idea when or how it was done. I have the email address but it seems to be a domain that is not Google or Hotmail. I've tried emailing and then got nothing from them I would like help and disconnecting my PSN account from this EA account that I cannot access.

I have the accounts email address but it ends in @roomenlomail.com which is a domain to receive emails only. Trying to find a live chat option or a number is useless. I have had PlayStation for 10 years. I'm not giving up on the account for EA games.
I’m having a similar issue they created a EA account for disabled accounts I’m assuming because they weren’t used in so long… why would they do this? I can’t access this email because they created it…
Support is non-existent there are thousands of players with this exact same issue and support will do nothing to help you.
Same here. Gamertag is tied to a phone number and email address that I've never had, and that have never been associated with me. When is EA going to realize their stupid lifetime linking system is preventing everyone from playing. Scroll up and down the forum, everyone is having some variation of this issue. Yet they refuse to resolve the issue. I'm sure this was part of some data breach and our accounts all got gobbled up by hackers. One of my BF accounts has my location as Maldova...
I can’t understand why is it so hard to find a contact for a way to write a ticket or a case as they say it. I understand they won’t help but where the heck is it lol even the live chat that some people talk about? I keep getting the AI list of things to do.
Same bro I have the same problem. I also wrote to support but no response.
Support keeps closing my ticket then sending me an email "Do you still need help?" YES, the issue is not fixed! They leave no comment, close the ticket and I have to reopen it to enter the chat queue. I have yet to speak to anyone and my ticket has been closed 5 times with "No Fix Available".
