Rog Xbox Ally X - Battlefield 6 - Account Error

Hi, 

I have an Xbox Series X, with Xbox Game pass ultimate (including EA Play). I also purchased phantom edition of Battlefield 6 and can play with no issues on Xbox Series X. 

I recently purchased the Rog Xbox Ally X, updated fully according to all specs, downloaded EA Play, logged in to my account (which is linked to my Xbox account), However, whenever i launch the game it launches ok, and cut scene plays, but i am getting error message as below which then does not allow me to continue into the game:

ACCOUNT RESTRICTED
Your EA Account is restricted from accessing online features....
ERROR CODE: 1:86001S:-1763645290O:4128769Q 

I have tried 'repairing' the install, i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice now, but cannot proceed. I have raised help requests on it with no reply, and i cannot seem to 'talk' to a physical person about specifics in my account. and to be clear, nor am i / have never been banned...also i am still 100% able to play the game with no issues on my Xbox Series X using the same account. 

PLEASE HELP!

    Yes playing via remote play works. But I would imagine that playing through the EA app directly would be better performance? 

    I also recently upgraded to EA Pro membership which is supposed to allow to play the game via the EA app but i am still getting the same ‘account restricted’ error.

    Unfortunately, I don't know why you would get an account restricted error on the ROG Ally X. Try opening a case with an advisor by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page so they can check for any account issues. Thanks!

    Unable to raise a case as it keeps recommending forums to contact ‘help’. Is there any other way to resolve this? Else I would like to request a refund for my upgraded EA play Pro that I bought in order to help with this issue.

    Are you sure you're playing the EA Play Pro version and not the Xbox version? I just want to make sure there's no confusion here. If you don't want to use remote play, you need to have the PC version through one of the PC platforms.

    If you want to inquire about a refund, you'll need to open a case with an advisor.
