Servers not connecting on new internet

Hello! I was told to write this from a customer support member but I recently just moved into my first apartment and with my new wifi I haven't been able to get online to any EA games for over a week. Every other online game is working for me, I've had the router manufacturers here twice now and there is no issue on their part, I've started my ps5 in safe mode and done what I can on my end and nothing has worked. Please help I just want to play my games I've spent so much money on.

I have been having the same issue. Just randomly 4 days ago I can no longer connect to the EA Servers for any of my EA Games. All my other games work on my xbox and can connect to online gaming. But every EA Game it says the servers are unavailable. EA Chat support couldn't help me. Please help!!!

You'll need to look up those instructions for your modem/router.

I removed the IP addresses you posted. Please keep those private. Try changing your settings so that only the IPv6 address is used. If that doesn't help, try using only IPv4.

Your NAT type is fine. Take another look at those settings and let me know what the IPv is. Since you can connect on a mobile hotspot, the issue is with your home network equipment or ISP. You may need to switch your IPv so let me know which version you're on.

Hello! We have NAT type 2 and when we tried our hotspot we actually were able to load it up.

Hi there. Check the network settings on your PS5 and let me know what it says for the NAT type. Also, can you try switching your connection to use a mobile hotspot? This is just as a test to see if you can connect. It's not a permanent solution if it works. Thanks!
