Skate Cross-Platform issues.

I have had multiple attempts at joining my friend who is on PC while I am on Xbox, with no luck. I get a message saying I am unable to connect to crossplay, even though my Xbox settings are set for crossplay. My pc friend when he tries to join me gets a message that my server is full. Inside of social and spectate the option for disabling crossplay is darkened and scribbled over, but still has enabled on it although unchangeable. I have unlinked, and re-linked my EA account, except it doesn't help and you can only do that once for awhile because I can't unlink again until 2026. Nothing works, why?

I would very much like a solution, I downloaded this game to play with a friend. I use to love skate and if I can't share that with my buddy, then it kinda kills the experience for me. Please help, call Paw Patrol or Bob the Builder, just somebody fix it or tell me what I'm doing wrong. 😭
