Same problem here. Found that someone used my email to make an EA account. Once I logged in I found that the account hadn't actually been used yet, as far as I can tell. Changed the user ID in the off chance it gets used so people can try and report the account. I did also report an issue on the sight saying my account was compromised.
It's crazy that EA doesn't have a simple way to just delete an account.
Seeing how I'm not the first, nor last, person to see this issue pop up, I hope EA is taking note and doing something about it.
