Unable to Receive Verification Code Emails

If you're not getting the code sent to your email, please try resending it first. If that still doesn't work, please check the following:

• Make sure your inbox isn't full.
• Check your spam/junk folder again.
• Make sure you or your email service provider haven't blocked EA emails.
• Confirm that you're logging in to the correct EA Account. If you're using a different EA Account, the verification code may be sent to a different email address.

If you're still not receiving the code, please look for a previous email from [email protected], allow images to be displayed, and then try resending the verification code.

If you can't access or don't remember the email address used to create your EA Account, please try the EA account recovery steps instead.
