Unable to update email address

I have been trying to update my email address attached to my account which went unused for some time, I currently use Xbox linked sign in to use the EA app but I want to update the email address to one I have access to. I lost access to the account that I registered the account with when the ISP shutdown/sold off the domain, which occurred where the EA account was unused for some time.

I have seen from another users question on the forums from about 2 years ago with the same issue, they were told to raise a ticket. I have over the tried on numerous occasions to raise a support ticket but get no where. As every time I raise a ticket, it seems to disappear and then a few months later show up as a closed ticket, probably because I can't access the email that is attached to the account or the speak to agent window doesn't open.

I would appreciate it if I could be given direct contact information for the support team, rather than raising another pointless ticket that I can't action. The email that is showing on the account currently is [edit: email address removed] which is not the email I registered the account with, nor is it one I have access to.
