Unlink account
I can't access my old account to remove my linked PlayStation account, and I no longer have access to the email for that account. Can I get my PlayStation linked to the correct account? So that I can play the battlefield 6 beta. I can't play a EA game, because I need to verify my account, but I can't verify it because I can't link it to my actual active account.
I tried multiple times to contact support, but all they do is set me up with this, and they never actually send me an email or indicate me, that my chat has started. How am I supposed to chat, when it doesn't even work and it takes forever for a chat to come available? Why does it automatically cancel my case and then I have to start over, if I can't even access the case chat.

Just go to the connection page of your EA Account, unlink your old Steam and link your new one. You can do those changes with some limitations. Please check this guide for more information.
