Unlinking PSN to strangers EA account
The support team has been a joke, they keep using templates and not reading the situation. I have informed them that my PSN account is linked to a stranger/hackers account that i have no relation to.
They keep asking me to verify the strangers account?!?! How can I do that if i specify this is someone else account and not mine. They keep bringing excuses that they cannot unlink my PSN, i think this goes against all privacy laws, being my PSN account linked to someone else. All i want is for my PSN to be linked to my OWN EA Account.
Support is not escalating the cases or management is not taking this seriously, i feel disgusted the way the situation is being handled. Many of us are posting here the same issue, I do not understand why is it so hard to link a PSN to a EA account and it automatically being unlinked from the other.

Sorry to say Nextrone but if you are unable to verify account ownership then our team will not be able to assist you in making any changes to an account.
If an account is linked then it means that someone with access to the email and password of the account linked them.
Best thing I can suggest is to gather as much additional info related to the account as possible.
