Where is the option to contact live chat support? Does it even still exists?

I have been trying for weeks to get a case resolved from a false ban I received. No one from EA has contacted me in over 2 and a half weeks. I have been hearing cases on this widespread of false bans and I am assuming its been due to another anticheat running in the background. All I need is my case resubmitted. I want to reopen my case on my ban. Is it possible to get in reach with someone? I have the case numbers and everything else.

I just don't have the option for live chat. I'm in Canada and sometimes depending on the support request, they ask me to log in, but if I do 'Update EA Account,' there is no option for live chat. Also, in the email, they send me the previous message about the live chat in the support request even when not logged in.

Hey guys this is SICARI_SHAH , whatever 5weetyPepper​ is saying is CORRECT , today is 10-11(nov)-2025 and time is 14:05 (2:05 p.m) writing the solution . I have pasted the CONVERSATION in pdf file that i had with one of EA team member who helped me in this . My issue was ¨ACCOUNT HACKED ,FALSE BAN , ACCOUNT DISSABLED , AND UNKNOWN STEAM ACCOUNT LINKED TO MY EA ACCOUNT ¨

Lets go step by step , 
1- Use OPERA browser , why ?? Because it has free VPN , and choose  from the VPNs ¨AMERICAS¨ . As 5weetyPepper​ said .
2- Then to talk to an advisor as the COMMUNITY MANAGER EA_cuervo​ said , select ¨Update EA Account¨, and write your problem and then click submit . 
NOTE : For me the option ¨Update EA Account¨ didnt work as i clicked SUBMIT and scrolled down. So it was giving me an option to change topic , so i clicked it and changed that to something else . So if one option doesnt gives you ADVISOR OPTION , keep changing the TOPIC .

3- Once you get the right topic , you will be able to see LIVE CHAT SUPPORT WITH AN ADVISOR . Click that and in few seconds an advisor will send you the message asking your name . THE END

For the past 4 months , my account was falsely banned . My every other social media and accounts were hacked . I had every proof to provide EA team . But today as 10-11-2025 , the steam account is UNLINKED , my EA account is secure and iam so happy to get my things back . IAM VERY GRATEFUL TO EA FOR SUCH SUPPORT , HELP , THEIR TIME . However , the road was rough and hard , but at last , i have secured my account . Thanks to 5weetyPepper​ EA_cuervo​ , OINAM and JAN R.

4 days ago , i posted the complete GUIDE on how to approach the LIVE CHAT SUPPORT , you must see that . 
You said , you couldnt find “Update EA Account “ . No problem , thats fine , choose other options until the LIVE CHAT SUPPORT option becomes visible .

I'm trying to contact them as my son's Xbox series s won't login to battlefield 6. I submitted a form but the only option is to look at forums/self help. He's getting an undefined error code and we've cleared the cache already.
