Why no HUMAN CUSTOMER SUPPORT?

I KNOW this will probably  get shut down real fast cause I don't have a  "real" issue lol but it IS A REAL ISSUE TO US!!. We would like to be able to talk to a real live breathing human being about our issues. Not just through  forums, but on phone. Some things are hard to explain. How is it that a company as big as yours does not offer that? A suggestion would be offer remote support  to those that need it. Like me!!!

We are not all geeks, some of us just like to play a game but don't know much bout computers. It's very frustrating  when you can't play and can't get the help you need and you've paid all this $$ for these games. But yet the company don't offer much at all at customer support or tech support. It's sad . 

Ok go ahead shut me down, lol.....I'm  done venting.

    Maybe I should just buy a PC to try. It won’t connect on my phone or tablet.

  • I’m having the same issue. I can get live chat on my desktop at work but not on my phone. I’ve been trying for four days to reach them. When the chat does pop up it’s a 168 minute wait and I never make it to talk to someone

    It’s funny because “Update EA Account” is one of the few options that upon submitting doesn’t populate either a live chat OR email option.

    But when trying other ways, the live chat keeps breaking and showing no estimated time and then saying no agents are available. So frustrating.

    Yeah, okay, the fact that you have to go to the forums, search in possibly unreleated threads to maybe be pointed in the right direction are why people are so fustrated with customer support. No where on the site does it say clearly where to go to talk/chat with someone. Not one single place. Every option I click on either takes me back to my account page, or an unrelated FAQ page. 

    Oh, and I tried all of the steps you suggested and still couldn't live chat with someone. My two requests I've sent aren't noted in my cases page. Is someone going to be getting to them? I don't have any emails about submitting a help request either. Were they even submitted? I don't know. Probably save to say EA doesn't know either.

    I did everything you told me to do and legitimately they just send me a bot email that just says if you don't know how to redeem codes do this but I know how to redeem the code like can I get a real human being to talk to me you guys are a multi-billion dollar company but God forbid use that money to actually better your company no just stuff more money in your greedy CEO and you're boards pockets this definitely won't fail they didn't send an actual person to help me they just sent another bot

    This is useless, you look at my post I told you the details, I told you that the consultant does not support this issueHow to explain it? Is it a bug?

    The EA Help website has been updated, and the way to reach support has been slightly changed. If you click on this link and scroll down to the bottom, you should see the "Contact Us" button, and then you will be asked to enter the details of your request. If you select "Update EA Account" you should get an option to start a chat. Let me know if you have any questions.

    The so-called support via email doesn't even work it just sends you more automated messages like I open the case and they said they would get back to me within 2 days it's been a sum total of like 8 days so much for support and whenever I try to respond it just sends me the same automated message forums don't work the discord servers don't work to get help with issues and God forbid a multi-billion dollar company actually helps its consumers it's probably what has led to the decline of EA
