Xbox account hacked so need to unlink

I've been trying to find a support button to chat or even send a support email to no luck. Managed to talk with a live agent when i wasn't signed in but he only said to sign in so he could help, signed in bu no longer was able to navigate the entries to get the live chat option. Need help because I need to unlink my hacked xbox connection please. Since i'm not able to get the account back at all.
