Cannot unlink old PSN Account

I have an issue wherethere are two PSN accounts linked to my EA account. One, I believe belongs to my ex-wife when we shared a PlayStation and I was the primary user of that PlayStation. She now has ...

    demonicpagan In regards to removing the PSN account, you don't need to be a dev to do. Live Support can remove it. They have a specific process for more than one of the same consoles linked to the EA account.

    The downside on this is they have to do it. The forums has no ability to make account changes. CMs aren't supported; we cannot validate your account. The PSN ID being hers doesn't matter. What matters is the EA account is yours not hers. Unfortunatly, you have to speak with support so that they can remove it if you cannot on your EA profile.
