Are you sure that you selected the correct case categories in order to submit your case or start a live chat?
I think maybe I chose the wrong case category which could be why, since I honestly don’t know which category fits into the issue I’m having with my EA account.
Based on the problem I’m currently having, which case category would you recommend me to choose?

Usually, selecting "EA account" as a product and "I want to update my EA account information" as the topic gives you the option to start a chat.
