EA App Thinks I Don't Have EA Play Pro

When I go onto my account or look on the app it says I have EA Play Pro which I upgraded from EA Play to, but then when I go to download any EA Play Pro games or try access any EA Play Pro content it says this is unavailable and doesn't work for me. It is also still advertising the EA Play Pro subscription to me? Any fixes because this is painful...
