I get that you are trying to do your job but its getting funny now you dont even understand the problem dude on epic games launcher i already have access to ea play games but to play those games i also need ea app and look at that i dont have ea play on my ea app although the right accounts are linked and nothing wrong with the purchase so its not related to epic games launcher i already have the games just cant play it cuz your beautiful app doesnt see my ea play subscription

I bought ea play today and am experiencing the exact issue above, and I have accounts linked correctly. any time I try to launch this pops up
